I have shopped this Boutique since it opened. So I want to preface what I'm going to say that I…read moreknow that there are rules for returns. I tried returning a blouse today, NO I DIDN"T HAVE A RECEIPT, but they knew it came from their store-because the first thing I was told was that they had no more like it, so I said I'll just exchange it, I was unable to do that because they had no idea of the price I paid-guess it wasn't in their inventory-and I had purchased the blouse and another item, "so they had no way of knowing what I paid-for just the blouse-I was just VERY dissapointed that I was told "there is nothing we can do-the tag was still attached to the blouse-I had just peeled off the lable with the price. Their suggestion-try selling it! My main point-they knew it came from their store-Maybe I'm wrong but in this day of technology-I thought if the label and style number were still on the product it could be looked up in the inventory! Very dissapointed, because this has been my go to store for last minute or unique gifts.

This isn't my first review for this place and probably won't be my last, lol…read more I just bought another pair of awesome hiking shoes and I'm scoping out a new aqua backpack, some yeti cooler bottles and a few more supplies for our desert hikes. I actually just got back from 40 miles of hiking in Nevada and after the last hike I pitched my 8 year old shoes and torn backpack. This is a great place to find high quality outdoor items like coats, hats, hiking shoes, sleeping bags, ski wear, glasses, etc. They carry the top name brands and are super helpful. I have purchased many of my cold weather gear and camping, hiking supplies from here and have never been disappointed. The only wish would be that they would carry more of it. Lol. Enjoy!

Two of the girls working there were very rude and sassy to me and didn't kindly explain to me that customers weren't allowed where I was at. The Birkenstocks were in an open enough area so I thought I could look at them. These two girls treated me like a nuisance and I was very embarrassed. I will not be returning back to this store.

My daughters and I each left with shoes that were a perfect match for our feet and ankles. Teenagers can definitely be picky, but the worker never once complained or rushed us--despite the many pairs they tried on. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that the shoes were actually cheaper here than online--which made supporting a local business feel even better. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality footwear and amazing service!
