This is a nice sized River Island store in the Harlequin Shopping Centre in watford, Herfordshire…read more They sell some nice items like handbags, dresses, etc. Sometimes I do think they charge too much on items like cardigans which are like 29.99 which are thin and flimsy but sometimes you can find something which is comfortable to wear and at a reasonable price. They stock men and ladies clothes, the ladies clothes tend to be too party like flocks and not really that suitable to wear for dressing down, but I guess its the trendy thing so everything seems to be very tight or long or glittery.

I travelled by bus with my border collie to this store to buy shoes on a budget of…read more£50.(winters coming).On checking the frontage to see if a no dogs sign was displayed I was pleased to see there was not, Whilst browsing through the stock a very nice young lady sales assistant came and informed me that dogs were not allowed in the store,I pointed out there was not a sign to say so and asked the reason only to be rudely butted in by a more aged lady assistant calling out from about 12 feet away in a very unfriendly manner that it was against the law she did this whilst serving other customers and tried to bring them in to the conversation.I pointed out that no such law exist in the U.K. and it was up to the owner of the premises to allow pets in to their premises she repeated louder it was against the law, so I said in that case I will take my custom elsewhere and at least you can`t say it`s hygiene to which she replied oh yes I can,I immediately left to shop elsewhere.The reason I give it one star is because of the young lady assistant had the customer service attitude.

The selection is great and constantly changing, so if you see something you like you'd better grab it straight away! The prices are pretty low - cheaper than other TK Maxxs I'v been to.
