I purchased a pair of boots at Shoe Stop and wore them maybe an hour and they hurt my feet so much I had to take them off. I did wea them outside for the record. I tried to return them and they have a refund policy that says that the shoe has to be in unworn condition. How can you know howthe shoe fits if you can't wear them? The manager told me to bring them home and clean them up and bring them back and see what she could do. I cleaned them and polished them and took them back. They didn't want to refund me my money because there was a Very slight schuff on the bottom of the heel. They did however say they could exchange them. What's the difference? And if they don't take "worn shoes" then why do they have this on their website: SHOE STOP has assorted mis-mates, overstocks, odds and ends
and worn shoes for sale.? And on their reciept they say that they have a 30 day guarantee on shoes if unworn. Who is going to keep a pair of shoes for 30 days and not wear them? read more
