He was spot on to notice my flat feet and went out of his way to ensure that the show I purchased not only looked good but would be the correct fit and support for me. During our encounter he never tried to up sell me or pressure me into a more expensive pair in fact he did the opposite. I asked them to call corporate for help they would not and said I could not take my merchandise back with me!!! I was so upset when leaving that store.
