You will not regret a trip to this store. It offers a lot more than the nola store simply because they have SO much more room. Also the workers are very friendly. Then while just standing around waiting on the kids, this associate walks up to me and asked could he help me. I usually ignore the fact that a lot of the stylists are young and loud and spend a lot of time yelling across the salon at each other and playing around. I'm all about someone enjoying their workplace! Unfortunately, I genuinely feel like this same unprofessional behavior is what damaged my hair last time. My stylist clearly didn't pay attention and forgot about me after running off to speak to a colleague. My stylist admitted to leaving bleach on my hair too long, overprocessing it, and using a shade of toner that wasn't what I normally get. I didn't get the blowout that I paid for and left with straw-like hair that I've been trying to nourish and fix ever since. I hope that the professional nature and attention to detail is dialed in more, because I do look forward to continuing to come to this salon.

When we first arrived both ladies were busy but I was told they would help us next. Well someone came in after us and Dee helped them before helping us and I let that go. Then another lady entered and she told her she would be right with her after we had been waiting for 1 hour and 15 mins. I honestly thought she would help us first but nope she completely ignored us and once again helped someone else before us. So I asked her who was going to be helping us because she had dismissed us and helped 2 people ahead of us after we had waited for over an hour. She never offered an apology and had to ask me what we were there for again because it had been so long she couldn't even remember why we were there. Needless to say I told her what she had done was extremely rude and distasteful and that we would take our business elsewhere. After I left I decided to call and ask to speak with a manager and of course Dee answered and claimed there wasn't one available and gave me a "customer service" number which ended up being a wrong number which she thought was cute. Needless to say I will be bypassing the manager and filing a corporate complaint. I know they have good workers as we have bought multiple suits from them but as a business owner myself I would never be okay with my customers being treated the way we were today.

Target has a great variety in their selection of products, although they could do better with…read morefruit, both canned and fresh. They do not have any unnecessary extra security there. The security personnel that is in-store makes customers feel safe from harm. If customers miss scanning items or forget an item that's underneath the cart, they allow you to pay for the items, as you very much planned to do all along. It is very important to good customers to be able to pay and not to be falsely accused of stealing, if any items are missed during checkout. They do have friendly and helpful employees, but only sometimes, it's hard to find them on the floor. If the local store here can send out sale notifications as reminders, that would be great. Overall, their great treatment of us as customers with trust in a customer's intent to pay and purchase and being allowed to pay instead of giving false accusations, that would also fail to bring in money to the store, I know for sure that I will buy as much from Target stores as possible and recommend them to everyone all of the time, as long as they don't change!
