They mentioned about a guarantee, but I was in such a rush I didn't pay much attention, but they did advise to try the new keys as soon as possible in case there were any issues ( it's nice that they realise that sometimes there are issues and they want to help). The new keys are perfect and we'll be back. It thought it was cool that the new keys also had a phone number for their Locksmith service ( just incase ). They also do shoe repairs, replacement watch batteries ( including fitting) and I noticed the sign outside mentioned they also cut car keys?!

He fixed my problem, informed me how I could avoid having to call someone out in the future, and was absolutely hilarious in the process!
