Just an update. Finally got my shoes back. After scratching the leather in the heels (when…read moreoriginally coming in to replace the heel tip)...it took several months to get it back because the leather they ordered came from Italy. Not only was the quality not the greatest...they ended up replacing the heel without acknowledging they broke or damaged the previous heels. They replaced it with a thicker heel and the red on the soles of the heel don't even line up correctly and can tell the gap. In addition, the soles are ruined from the hack job of replacing the heel. Customers beware on taking your Christian Louboutins here.

I also requested a new more durable sole and re-polishing. I took it in on a Wednesday and it was ready by Friday. When I picked it up it looked brand new. The quality was outstanding. I wish I took a before photo to show the difference. He also charged me less than what was quoted, even with an upgrade sole and polish. I will be coming back in the future.

When I entered the store, nobody was at the front counter for about 40 seconds to a minute. After waiting, I finally called out to see if anyone was there. Eventually, I was helped by the owner's son, but he was unable to provide a quote for the repair. I suggested that he take a quick photo of the bag and send it to his father so I wouldn't have to make another trip just to receive pricing information. In today's digital age, where photos and videos are commonly used for estimates and consultations, this seemed like a reasonable request. Unfortunately, he refused. What frustrated me most was the lack of effort to find a solution or accommodate a customer who had taken the time to come into the store. The situation could have been handled much differently and would have reflected far better customer service. As I was leaving, I informed the owner's son that I would be leaving a review. His response was to encourage me to do so and even suggest that I take my business elsewhere. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Customer service and communication are important, and unfortunately, both fell short during my visit.

These guys are the best. I've been using them for years now for show shining but this past time had…read moretested their skills. I had a pair of boots that needed to be resolved, a pair of suede shoes that needed to be cleaned, and a pair of golf shoes that my dog got to and they had to replace a piece of suede he bit off. Aside from taking longer than quoted, all three shoes look great. My boots look as new when I got them 15 years ago, the stain on rhe suede shoes gone, and the back of my golf shoe, well it looks smudge but doesn't look like a dog got to them and ripped it apart. I will continue giving these guys some love, been a part of the Oak Cliff community for a long time
