I found a pair that fit but the price sticker was missing. Sonlie was working in that department and was very helpful. She replaced the missing sticker and then helped me look for additions options. She even went into the stock room to see if there were any that hadn't been put on the shelf. The Forever 21 clothing store was Out of Business and this company recently took over the enormous bay. Probably the largest clothing store in the entire mall except for Target or TJ Maxx. It was interesting that the clothing and accessories even the Plus Size sections were the same as Forever 21. After hunting through the store for an employee, she informed me that the clothing was in fact the same as the previous business Forever 21. Just informed my daughter and wife of the new business.

What a discount and even on sale for added savings.. I won't bore you with everything I bought but I filled my truck bags... SAWGRASS MILLS is the place I come to drop some coin.. There's been so many times I pop in and each department, from shoes, to bags, woman's clothing to home goods, things are always scattered and all over the place. Finding something in your size may be a hunting game. Great place for good deals, if you can find it. Staff seems to always be overwhelmed, however, the security guard is always welcoming and friendly.

He told her "what if I am looking at buying it?" She explained that he could sit on it but he can't linger on the furniture. It should have ended here... BUT IT DIDN'T. Ciera stood next to me (a random shopper/witness) and continued to talk loudly right next to him accusing him saying, "aint gonna guy anything!! talking about he gonna buy something! He scrolling on his phone...." It was very rude, very loud and bad tone, and went on for quite a while. It truly ruined my shopping experience. I approached the manager and started to tell her the story. When Ciera saw that I was talking to the manger, she approached and started talking loudly over me as if she didn't want me to talk to the manager. Comes the elderly man and he admits that Ciera was rude to him. Ciera was behaving wildly, speaking loudly, saying, I am a grown women, when I asked her to let me speak. She started to repeat her entire name, including her middle name in a very bad tone when I peaked at her name tag. ALL of this behavior happened in front of the manager who could not control Ciera or her bad behavior. I don't know what is happening in Ciera's life for her to treat other people this way, but she needs help!!! I just looked at her and said "BE KINDER!!!!!"
