For weeks I inquired about it and was told by the staff that they hoped it would show up, but there was nothing else they could do. I asked numerous times to speak to the owner but he consistently failed to discuss the loss with me. Finally, after several months, the staff told me that they would give me $25 for my loss even though the dress would cost me several hundred dollars to replace. Their failure to discuss or apologize for their failure to seriously address their mistake made this a very dissatisfying experience. I am no longer a customer of Beha Cleaners.

The shoes when picked up were a slightly darker color (we discussed that, it was expected) and ready to wear. The insole clean up was decent and at least not embarrassing to wear like they would have been. Payment was due at initiation of service/when dropping off the item(s). Only downside was they weren't ready at the first date he told me for pick up. I had some wiggle room time though so over all it was ok, it just meant extra driving around town and a bit of worry that they might not be ready by the new date (but they were!). I was happy with my service and would consider him again in the future!

He told me it normally takes a day or two, but he knew it was an emergency for me. The shoe was wet and he warned me the glue might not hold well. I asked him to try anyway, and I understood there was no guarantee. I had such a nice chat with him while he worked on it. And it did hold! I'm thankful that Corrao is in New Albany! They made is really simple. They've been in business for decades and my fix was simple and straightforward for them. They took a look, showed me the issue (leather was never conditioned so it was too stiff and caused too much stress on the threads), restitched the sole, and reconditioned the leather. The shoes were repaired right on scheduled and now look brand new and feel great!

The manager, (Adam, I believe?) knows what a good fit is, and assured me I would be completely satisfied, if I'm not, they will get me to be! No other company I've dealt with has that level of customer service. IF I needed to purchase boots more often, I would be here more, but luckily, Red Wings are the only boot I've owned that lasted longer than a year. Fantastic product.
