Dr. Kavinsky greeted me like an old friend and listened attentively while I described my symptoms. She asked many follow up questions and gave me a thorough physical. I am glad to say that I had a positive experience with Dr. Kavinsky and will be returning to her for any future ailments.

I had been breaking out in hives without any possible explanation, been diagnosed by a nurse and an urgent care doctor with three potential causes (anywhere from poison ivy to serious diseases). Was not on top of my game at finding a local primary care doctor two years ago, so I didn't have anyone to turn to, and a friend suggested Dr. Craig. I called the front office begging around 11am, and after some prodding, they squeezed in at 4:45 that day!! How rare is that?? I thought perhaps the office closed at 5, and I got the last 15 minutes, but NO - Dr. Craig spent nearly an hour with me (I can't remember the last time a doctor did that), walking through different potential causes, ran some quick tests, and we realized that I had just started on some reaction-trigger meds from a different doctor & needed to cut those. Sure enough, all is back to normal overnight. Plus they have a pretty neat online system to access your med files remotely at home and to send the doctor comments/emails that he'll respond to that day - super convenient!

Review is specific to Dr. David Fisher. Stay away from him! After being my spouse's doctor for many…read moreyears, my spouse reached out (via MyChart message) to get refills on 2 needed medications, 1 of which was his anti-depressant. My spouse's dad had just died, so now was NOT the time for him to not have this medication. I was unaware that he was having trouble getting med refill and encouraged him to CALL the office. We learned that Dr. Fisher **had seen and ignored** the MyChart message. After 9 days of waiting (spouse was grieving too badly to handle following up until I got involved), staff at office helped him get his meds refilled, but Dr. Fisher wasn't involved -- it was handled by an LPN. Someone so uncaring and callous shouldn't be in medicine. (Note: I saw Dr. Fisher 1 time when I had an urgent need and couldn't get in with my doctor, also at the same practice. I didn't like him from the moment he walked into the room, which was 55 minutes past my scheduled appt time.) Horrible doctor!

One of test results was alarming and I had basic questions. My physician was off that day, which was fine, so I asked the clinical staff to have the on-call physician return my call of which he did not. I found out later, my personal physician called the staff and asked THEM what my questions were and that he would follow up with me via MyChart. Recently, I had an ailment that caused my eyes to swell, and decided it was time to call in the professionals. I took an appointment with Dr. Bibler when my regular doctor was unavailable. Dr. Bibler appeared with his med student, asked minimal questions, then diagnosed me with seasonal allergies. Not the case, as this was a contact ailment. The med student even mentioned that I had no other symptoms related to season allergies (coughing, sneezing, watery eyes, etc.) No swabs were taken. He didn't come close to take a look at my eyes. In fact, he didn't even touch me at all. Instead, he prescribed me $160.00 eye drops ($30.00 cost after insurance) and told me to come back in five days if I wasn't better. Great. A few days later, my eyes swelled completely shut and I had to go to Urgent Care. This doctor (who did take a culture swab) diagnosed me with an infection and prescribed two antibiotics. I told him about my medication from Dr. Bibler, in which I learned Dr. Bibler prescribed me eye drops for seasonal allergies. Had he actually taken a culture swab, he would have learned my condition was more serious. As such, I could have been recuperating with the proper prescription rather than taking a trip to Urgent Care. I feel like instead of remedying the problem, Dr. Bibler gave me a prescription just to have me return for another appointment, and of course, another doctor's bill. It's the business of medicine, and he knows how to play the game.
