There is also an awesome Golden Retriever in the store to keep you company if you just want to hang out with a dog instead of buy a guitar. The most impressive thing about Whole Tone is the completeness of the shop -- not only can you buy the guitar, but you can service it there as well, get your lessons, and also come in for demos of talented guitarists to see what is actually possible. I suppose you could just click and buy your guitar for the lowest price plus shipping on Amazon -- but you'll miss out on the rest of an important part of the experience, not to mention, the chance to actually try the equipment and hear what it sounds like before you do make a purchase. The wedding packet shown to us was very detailed and gave us a plethora of options to choose from in addition to adding in our own ideas. We wanted a very unique wedding, and indeed, Mr.Fierro and his staff were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout this process. His prices were very reasonable and the quality of entertainment far surpassed my expectations! I have been to several weddings throughout my lifetime, and the most recent ones where I was a guest in attendance the bride and groom decided to hire someone who only did entertainment on the side, worked off of an iPod, and had no personality whatsoever. This was not the case when I worked with Mr.Fierro and company. He let us choose which music we preferred to have played and which music we did not want to have played, in addition to a perfectly run timeline of events that went off without a hitch that complemented our photographer extremely well. His and his emcee's personalities really reflected that of the kind of wedding we wished to have, because they took the time to get to know us one-on-one through several in-person meetings. They were punctual, formally-dressed, well synchronized to our venue, and all-around fantastic people to work with. My wedding guests told us that the entertainment we chose made our weddings one of the best they had ever attended, and I cannot help but believe this is because of how much Milestone went to understanding our needs! Read the piano books and has found a new hobby. She's good with him and keeps my autism child engaged. I also do my part at home going over the music notes and how his hands should be. It might take time to get out of the parking after the shows but it is manageable. I suggest to get there early to get good parking, light snacks, and some merchandise. The merch line is usually long but it is organized. All the staff is friendly and willing to help if you have questions. Seating in the theater can be a bit tight but it is not too bad. Overall I love coming here when there is show I want to see but don't feel like going to NYC to watch it.

The site took my payment and personal info to run a credit check. After more than 2 weeks without delivery or any updates from Music & Arts, I finally called. Unapologetically, they said that there are none of that instrument available "anywhere at all in [my] region." Ok... and? An estimate of when it might be available? An offer to cancel? A suggestion of another company to try? Any empathy? No. I asked why I hadn't been notified and was told quite plainly, "I don't know why our rental department doesn't let people know when instruments aren't available." To summarize: they offered to rent me a product that doesn't exist and have customer service policies that are totally dismissive of their customers.
