We received an immediate response and at 7AM the next morning they were at our house assessing the damage. We received an estimate an hour later and their team began removing the tree that afternoon. It took several hours and careful planning. They were professional and polite. Our yard, porch and street were clean of all the sticks and debris when they left. They took care of our property and did their work expertly. Their price was fair. We are lucky that we called them.

They had to adjust their schedule because the neighbor had a trailer in the way, but they took care of it professionally, and came back soon after to finish. I'd never seen a stump ground out before, and it was very impressive. They cleaned up so well, after a huge maple there is no trace of them anywhere. Stated that a bid would be promptly supplied after scheduling a time to come to the property for an evaluation. After waiting one week to be contacted by Lindquist Lawn & Landscape a voice mail message was left requesting a call back. Lindquist Lawn & Landscape never returned a call. It has been approximately five weeks since the voice mail message was left and still no contact. If the intention was to not provide this service it would have been better to decline at the onset of the initial contact and not promise to make an evaluation and eventually supply a bid for the work.
