We received an immediate response and at 7AM the next morning they were at our house assessing the damage. We received an estimate an hour later and their team began removing the tree that afternoon. We agreed on payment, I would give him a certain amount at first and then money weekly. Two weeks go by, and we haven't heard from him. He shows up at our door and asks for money, I told him that I would give him the agreed upon down payment, but no more. He grabbed the check, told me he would be back, and that's the last I have heard from him.
