We truly enjoyed the experience of meditation, the environment is so easy to learn and feel comfortable in. Master is an amazing person and you feel welcome from the first moment you walk on the property until you go home we left today with total relaxation, having learned many techniques to meditation, relaxation of the mind. Learning mindfulness is an amazing feeling, and should taught and used by everyone. Everyone need to learn to make their mind still, learn to breathe, improve health, life. Not only does this class Sundays 3-4 everyone is welcome. No experience necessary from the new comers, to the experience meditation experts. This place is sure to ease you stress, fill your heart with love, and teach your mind to not be so full of thoughts to stress out you soul. SOS save your soul. I was given a gift certificate for a 45 minute Indian Head Massage. I never have had one before. I…read morecan't begin to explain how I felt during and after the massage. Colleen was wonderful. The experience was one I will never forget. I realize it was a only a massage, however I felt a spiritual healing during that time. I know that might sound odd or unconventional, but I felt an emotional part of me was healing. Before I left, they gave me salt stones to take with me.
