They fit me in with zero notice and the vehicle was comple in 90 minutes. When I dropped the car off I clearly stated "Do whatever you have to do--go ahead and replace the tire if needed and just call me when it's ready." What could have easily been an easy $250 new tire (and I was OK with that possibility) was a $30 repair even though the tire was near the end of its service life. I appreciate that kind of honesty and will be sure to let my Lock Haven friends know. I hope I don't need to visit the shop again soon, but I know I'll have a good experience if I return.

Service after the sale! This family owned business has heart. I was lucky enough to find an older…read morecar I could afford. Had a problem with the car the next day. I thought I got taken. I even stopped payment on the check. The owner called me right away. I thought he was going to tell me he was going to file charges for check fraud or something, but, NO he was only interested in fixing the car and making things good for me. Very personable and honest dealer. Very rare in the used car business. 2 thumbs up. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

The lady who runs this shop was down right rude. I can't for the life of me understand why someone…read morewould try to run off potential business as soon as someone walks up but she clearly doesn't want business with the attitude problem she has. She flat out said she didn't have time to even look at my car and it was obvious she was going to try and make any mechanical issue into a bigger problem than the car actually has. But she didn't have time anyways, I was also told that there is nobody else around who could possibly work on my car. Big ego for someone who doesn't have time to do any work anyways. When I was ready to walk away she said she could give me an hour but that meant my 1959 classic collectible show car with no top or windows, would be sitting outside in the rain until she got around to it for god knows how long. What a piss poor way to run a business. I'd sooner throw money in the toilet before giving a dime to her for anything. It's a shame cus the other mechanic there seemed like a decent guy. So much for trying to give a local business owner a shot. I was referred to this place by a friend too, just disgraceful. If negative stars were an option I'd give them all to her.
