Once it dragged on for two weeks and I couldn't get a confirmation date I cancelled the power washing, but kept the window washing. The power washer showed up unexpectedly on the day the window washer was supposed to show up. I called the Cloud 9 contact and asked why the power washer had showed up when I had told them that I didn't want the powerwashing. The contact at Cloud 9 then asked me to tell the power washer to contact him. I did that. Then the powerwasher demanded payment for the work he had already done, even though I had cancelled the powerwashing. On top of all that, the contact at Cloud 9 then cancelled my window washing appointment, apparently because he hadn't communicated to the power washer that his services were no longer required. Terrible, terrible experience.
