Without mentioning what was wrong, my wife asked when she could bring the car in to have it looked at. Dave said the next appointment would be the third week in September, and put us on his calendar. He then asked my wife, what the problem was, and when she told him brakes, he immediately took a look, and said, "Can you bring it in tomorrow?" My wife said, "Is that good for you?" Dave said he didn't want us driving the car with the brakes in this condition, so he would "make it work." What a great guy! The brakes are fixed now, we're back on the road, and we are no longer a danger to ourselves and the community.

I just had my back brakes replaced at the dealership and was surprised to see this alert. I had been told my front brakes were fine. The Mastercraft team inspected my brakes and told me they were fine and that this was an electrical issue that prompted the alert. They gave me other recommendations for the future. They were AWESOME. Also, they did not charge me ANYTHING for this inspection. I have already highly recommended them to friends who live in the area and plan on using this team in the future.
