I'm from Bloomsburg originally, now live in DC, and have needed our car detailed for a long time…read more While I was in town visiting my mom, who was recovering from surgery at Geisinger for a couple days, I figured that it would be a perfect time to take care of things. I called ahead on Thursday, dropped my car off in mid-morning morning, and picked my car up in the mid-afternoon. Given the years of beagle-hair and just plain dirt caked everywhere, they were honest and reasonable about how long it would take to get it up to their standards of clean (Ultimate Package + 2 hours). I opted for the Ultimate Package + 1 extra hour, since I was about to put my chronically shedding dog back in the car the next day. I've only known this car used. I genuinely did not know that it could look this clean. Multiple people have asked me if I got a new car. It has been a couple weeks now. It still smells new and looks very shiny. Thanks, guys! We'll hope to swing by again in the future next time we're visiting home. I wish I had a "before" picture. But, then I realized I would have never taken a picture of the inside of the car - it was embarrassing! I have since taken pictures and videos of the car...

Joe pretty much met my husband at the door and reassured us he could help with our issue. He immediately made a couple phone calls and ordered the part we needed. He allowed us to wait in the waiting area with our two small dogs and within the hour, we were literally back on the road! With us being from out of town, we just knew that the repair would be double the cost of what it was, (because, in reality there are some not so honest people out there) but this was not at all the case. He even threw in a couple other complementary items that he checked because he knew we had another 400 miles or more to go... A+++ service. Thank you, Joe! You are a man of integrity and honesty and we are so appreciative.
