I called the shop and they said that they priced it wrong and that was the price. She later goes on to tell me that the price she gave my son was an estimate. That is a 49.4% increase from the price my 20 year old college student was quoted, Why bother to give estimates if your off by 50%. When I challenged her on the increase she said if I wanted to get my son home safe that was the cost. Why did they not disclose the 49.4% increase in the quoted price prior to doing the repairs. She then slammed the phone and would not answer when I called back. This place is baiting and switching and if you have college students in Lewisburg PA that need their car repaired do not send them here. They prey on vulnerable young kids with out of state plates.

I have been going to this garage for at least 5 years. I trusted them fully until recently…read more Car number 1 In April of 2024, I took my car into the garage and was told I needed a new motor. I paid for the entire job UP FRONT. It took 5 months to get the car at least drivable again. It's STILL to this day not completed. There was another issue (not related to the motor) so it was put back in the garage for another 4 months (still not completed). When I started asking about the written bill (stating all work associated with the motor, motor cost, all parts put on, the mileage on the new motor, and the warranty information for the motor) I was ignored. To this day I still have NONE of this information. Car number 2 I had my car inspected the end of November 2024. Had new tires put on. Went to another establishment, McCahans Alignment (highly recommend) to have an alignment done. In two months, all four brakes were so bad, I not only needed brakes BUT rotors also. How do the brakes get that bad in 2 months that it destroys the rotors in 2 months? Also, the tire sensor light was on, and I was told I didn't need sensors it just needed to be reset. Turns out I needed 3 sensors. IF you have any warranty work done here, ASK for a copy of ALL records of the claim being actually made. This was never done for me and now the warranty is out, I have paid for much of the work to be done, and the price of the warranty when I bought the car. I have been blatantly overcharged for things. When it was brought to the attention of the garage, it was always blamed on somebody else. This garage has obviously lowered it's standards since I began going there.

Well needless to say my children and I were all safe. it was very scary to say the least. We pulled over to gas Station in Milton PA, and called the insurance company when we seen all the damages to our vehicle we knew we couldn't travel any further in our own. So our insurance guy got us in touch with CPR Auto Center LLC. We had no clue what was what, where we were, nothing secure in getting home. I spoke with Dave and he was amazing I had no idea he was the owner but he talked with me, text me to make sure we were ok mind you it was Labor Day. No Rental place was open. Dave sent tow truck to tow our vehicle to BOSTON, MA 3 and a half hours away plus he sent a loaner rental so we could go pick up a rental car but where the insurance company thought one was opened 30 minutes away. There was no rental company in site. So we notified CPR ( Dave) and advised them we had to take the vehicle to Boston and the tow truck driver I think Chris was his name which by the way was hearing impaired and was excellent by the way.
