I was a little hesitant at first to hire out for some cleaning because I don't trust many people to come into my home but I wish I would have done it sooner. They also will use nontoxic products so I don't have to worry about my kids or dog breathing it in. They leave my house sparking clean and smelling wonderful! Thank you!

When I called for an estimate, Jerry came out to take a look at my property the same day and he took a very good look at the house and the deck. He paid attention to every detail I discussed with him and I'm very glad I chose to hire him for this project. He used eco friendly cleaning solution to wash my property and none of my landscape plants suffered after the power was was completed. Top2bottom uses high quality materials and cleaning solutions for their work. It is really nice to meet professionals who care about your needs very much rather than just their profit. Even my neighbor who lives next door mentioned to me how clean and beautful my house looks these days. If you need your property to be cleaned inside and out and deck treated and stained, do not hesitate to call Jerry and Jennifer. Jerry is an absolute professional who is a perfectionist when it comes to getting the job done right for his customers. Jenn is so courteous and helpful. My wife and I chose Something Better, of Perkasie, PA, to clean our townhome every two weeks. We're…read moregetting older and both have physical issues that make it more difficult to keep up with cleaning. The owner, Margaret, looked over our home and developed a cleaning plan for it. The first time Something Better cleaned the townhome, they missed three of the areas that I stressed to Margaret -- who explained that two were overlooked and one was skipped because they "ran out of time." The next time they cleaned, they again did not touch two of the items missed the first time. The excuse was again a lack of time -- the crew had worked 4.4 hours of the 4.5 Margaret estimated, even though I never set such a limit on cleaning our home, nor was I asked if the cleaning crew could stay longer. What disgusts me is that the two cleaning women did not work 4.4 or even 4.5 hours; they worked for exactly 4, which I timed on my iPhone. Had they worked to Margaret's estimate, they could have done everything they were supposed to do (or at least tried). When Margaret did not respond to my concerns or complaints, I canceled my service -- only to be told two weeks later that they were planning to arrive and clean. Margaret claimed she never got my cancelation and further claimed the time discrepancy was for "putting away the cleaning supplies," a task that supposedly took 24 minutes. A month later, I got an invoice in the mail... for 4.4 hours. Something Better should really be named "Something Less," because that's exactly what you get from them when you pay them to clean your home. You'll get plenty of excuses, but not what you paid to receive.
