I asked for her to come on a Thursday and Friday morning, with about 15-20 kids per day. She booked us immediately with no fees at all. She charged us $20 per child for an 11X14 canvas. I am very satisfied and impressed with everything, from calling and booking, to choosing the design, to the very end result. The children had a wonderful time and we didn't have to do anything, she came early to set up and cleaned up. The only negative thing I would say about this would be the fact that she did have to change the original days from Thursday and Friday, to Wednesday and Thursday. This at first was an inconvenience to us but we managed to deal with it. Also, it was a challenge for us to get an exact head count the night before. Working with parents who like to wait until the last minute for sign up makes it hard for us to pin an exact number of children. Anyway, it didn't matter. I loved it. The children loved it. The price was very reasonable and Heather was very nice and professional. We will be booking her from now on every summer!

In the summer of 2024, after cleaning one of my double-hung living room windows, a part broke and I…read morecouldn't either keep it open or easily close. We called around in Hampton, landed with Patrick's Glass, who didn't "have the time to come out and look." So, we took down what we knew to write, the broken part and brought it to the shop. The shop person had a part on his desk that looked very much like the part we needed but explained that they would need to come out to look at the issue. "We don't have the time to come out." He referred us to a handyman he knew; whom we called who did come out. Carter Britton, the person, came out and never followed up. We called him multiple times, either no answer or ignored. Now, a year plus later, the window issue is not resolved, and it is getting cold. We need this window to work, and it looks like we need it replaced. We will not entertain the idea of Patrick's Glass any longer for the disappointing experience with his business. We can't even get a ballpark figure for the repair or replacement, as it requires someone to inspect and do the work. We are still looking and again starting fresh. No recommendation for this business, we are not recommending the business and sure will never call them again.
