My favourite has to be the classic baked cheesecake! The service is generally very good, extremely friendly and willing to work with you to achieve your desired results. If you're a fan of chocolate cake, the muddier, richer, and more decadent the better, then the Welsh Lady is your holy grail. Her deep, dark mud cakes are so moist and dense that it's almost like she's mixed dark chocolate mousse into the batter. A couple of years ago at a dear friend's 21st I watched the cake be presented with a flourish. Chocolate again, I thought.
