Then in the fall, when we were closing the cottage for the year, Cate Rice (the owner of Prestige Home Services) agreed to winterize our cottage. When we followed up to confirm that it had been done, Cate Rice assured us it had. Cate Rice said she winterized the cottage. In January, we were having some work done on the cottage and the contractor informed us that there was 3 feet of water in the basement. He confirmed that Cate Rice and Prestige Home Services had never done what they were hired to do. Cate Rice never answered numerous calls or emails or texts. The damage Cate Rice and Prestige Home Services caused to our cottage was over $1,800. To this day, Cate Rice and Prestige Home Services has never responded to any of our attempts to contact her.

After calling a few times and finally getting someone to return my call, I was told that I should have kept an eye on the level in my tank. I told them I had propane for 20 years and never had to do that and never ran out in all that time. We had to leave because it was so cold and they couldn't tell us when a truck would be out to fill the tank. When I talked to them in regards to selling my house and the steps I would need to take if the new owners didn't want them for their propane company they simply said to call them with the date and they would get the tank and gas and refund me for the price paid. Well imagine my surprise when I was charged $75.00 for labor and $92.20 restocking fee! They also knew I was moving out of state and would never use their service again. They could have spoken the truth.

Very Professional, Courteous, and listened to what I said, that doesn't happen very often. I thought it was a problem with the venting, he didn't shut me out he said, yes that could be but it might be a clog in your line and he explained. And that is exactly what it was. He worked at it for about 2.5 hours, took up the toilet ran his camera down and found it. Very reasonable and fast, the clog was 27' at the end of the house. Thank You Zach!! I will be having them cover the whole house where they come out Spring / Fall to inspect my HVAC (they check the capacitors in the outside condenser unit wich not very many HVAC Tech check this. I know because I have been an electrician for 50+ years) and they check the water heater and descale if it needs it. Thank You Kellermeier Plumbing for not having one more thing to think about. I had to select 1 star. They ruined my whole sprinkler system. I advised them in advance about it…read moreand they claimed they hand dig and I had nothing to worry about. Once I got home I asked if they encountered any sprinklers, everyone was super quiet. The next day I turned my sprinklers on the whole south fence posts were leaking water. I reached out to them and they were of no help. DO NOT HIRE THESE CLOWNS.
