The first time she was just adding more blonde highlights to my hair. I went in thinking I would get the typical foil head and instead she asked if I would be interested in balayage. It came out beautifully. I went in a 2 months later and she took my request to go dark brown in stride. She gave a few suggestions and then also said she would keep some of my blonde out for dimension. That color lasted me 5 months and during the grow out period it just moved into a nice ombré. I just went in last week and asked her to help me go red. She looked at a few pictures I brought in and then suggested which one would look best. She put in 3 different colors and also tinted my eyebrows. It came out beautifully and I have been complemented on my color multiple times. I am so grateful for Gina Agosta Spa and Ashley's amazing coloring talents. She is great with all colors. The blow dry bar is awesome and I love all the products and brushes they have for you to use!

Just by our phone conversation, she has the correct knowledge of hair extensions and was very professional-not at all like other salons that I had called in the past. Tina actually uses Great Lengths extensions, not like another salon's that pass cheaper hair. No one can tell I have extensions, Tina takes the time to apply them well, she is very meticulous. I hoped it wouldn't affect the service, so I went ahead with the appointment. When she finished, everything seemed fine because she had styled my hair. But after a week, when I washed and straightened it myself, I finally saw the chop job that had been done. It was completely botched, and I was extremely disappointed. Thankfully, Pauline--the owner--came through. I went back in, and she did some miracle work so I was able to keep my length and get rid of the choppy look. I was going to give one star because I was devastated with the original outcome but Pauline was very kind, and fast with her response and solution and handled the situation with grace and the salon deserves some love. Thank you Pauline. You made me feel heard and understood the assignment.
