I wanted to update this review to reflect the steps they took to make the situation right. I hired this company for a move out deep clean. The cleaner was over two hours late. She left after about 3 hours because she didn't want to be late to the next cleaning appointment. I had to do most of the cleaning myself. The company went back and forth with me for days but ensured me they would not charge me until I agreed to a price for the poor service. However before a suitable resolution was reached, they charged me anyway. Please beware of this company - they don't stand behind their work or their policies about charging clients. I was not able to accept a reclean because the job needed to be done that day before the house was listed which they were aware of. If the work was done right the first time, a reclean wouldn't be needed.

Everything was left spotless and her cost was more than appropriate. She also went above and beyond. There were things that I needed to carry out to the dumpster and she helped me for at least an additional hour taking them out. She also did little things like cleaning out my vacuum that were not a part of what I originally requested. I appreciate how much time she spent and how much effort she put into everything. I would absolutely hire her again!

Anna's communication and responsiveness was great, unfortunately that's the only good thing I can say about the service. She was able to quickly schedule me the next day. I requested that she arrive at noon. She finally arrived at 12:30 resulting in my husband having to join a conference call for while showing her around. With no notice that she was running behind other than a message saying she would be there "soon". There were several things left undone. Such as rugs left flipped up, placemats scattered, bathroom tray was left turned upside down and everything was rearranged. Flower pots and pictures were moved around, toothbrushes were off the chargers, chairs were left pushed out and all of the cushions were just thrown on the couch. My cleaning supplies were also used and a bottle of Mr Clean power spray is missing and the pledge was left on one of the bedrooms. (Which is hard item to get right now) I have not asked her to return and do not plan to do so. I included some pictures to show the sloppiness.

First, the team responded to my inquiry promptly and gave me a quote quickly to match. They answered all the questions I had and asked ones I hadn't immediately thought of (e.g., any cleaning products or scents that should be avoided). I appreciate that the team walked me through what a "deep cleaning" entailed vs just saying cleaning for "x hours". We discussed what to expect for each room, pricing for extras, etc. The team did a deep clean of a 2BR 3Bathroom Condo + Living Room, Loft, and Kitchen. Communication was superb! They scheduled, arrived on time, and confirmed the clean with a walk through at the end. And they navigated this all professionally while I was out of town! My family and I were pleased and happy with the service. The value was great and affordable and high quality work. I would definitely seek their services again and recommend them to others!
