It was very reasonable and he will try his hardest to save you money on materials while at the same time not sacrificing quality. Him and his guys had my paver patio done in a day and a half the following week. They are all very professional and even my neighbor liked his work so much he got a quote from him too and will mostly likely contract him to do a walk way. In February of 2019, they were coming loose and Couch reinstalled them. This year I hired a mason to have several others reinstalled that also were loose. Since then, it appears the majority of the pavers on front porch are loose and need to be reinstalled. I have contacted Couch Brick Pavers thru their website contact form twice and also called them & left a detailed message twice - all without even the common courtesy of a return call. These pavers have been down only 5 years and if they'd been properly installed would still be solidly in place. In contrast, not even one of the 900 Square Feet of thin pavers installed in my pool/patio area in 2012 by another company has loosened. Obviously Couch did a poor installation and they don't stand behind their work. 5/29/24 As an addendum to my prior review of Couch Brick Pavers, I'd like to add that Larry Couch sent a crew of four this morning to remedy prior problems I have had. If diligence counts for anything, these pavers should be trouble-free for many years to come. The crew reinstalled those that were loose, totally removed & reinstalled an area that wasn't level with the driveway & that could cause a fall, and finally re-sanded the entire job. They left absolutely no mess behind and the pavers look brand new - thank you, Couch Brick Pavers, for standing behind your work!

Now the owner is refusing to come back to our home to fix the leak. He stated that it is not the roof and not his responsibility. During this 2 month period, my husband had to take off work multiple days and we were stood up, they were no shows, and they cancelled at the last minute. Absolutely terrible customer service and it appears they know nothing about roofs. Now we have the headache of having to fight to get our 2 year old roof fixed that is under warranty!!!!

I was shocked and after for an itemized bill to prove it which required obtaning a lawyer to help get. I was then given a list of wood and sent some photos of the wood they removed which was exactly how I expected!! After the roof was installed I asked for someone to come show me how it was tapered as it's not even visible to the human eye, the person that came was so rude an told me I wouldn't be happy with anything. if it rains there are puddles all over the roof! My experience with this company was one I wish I never had. My flat roof is only 1377 sq feet!
