I've known of Natasha for a while and I know she is passionate about overall wellness and knows her stuff! I've never had the guts to move forward with working with a trainer on a regular basis before because my experiences here and there with gym trainers wasn't a good fit for me when I tried it and was discouraged from trying them again. I've been following Natasha on Instagram and decided to give it a shot! Now, I am not an athletic person and I love food! Natasha has helped me tweak my diet to where I am still eating great tasting food but cutting out the food that isn't so great. She also does the same with my exercise routines which is great because that is probably the hardest part for me personally. Her approach is very welcoming and encouraging for me to keep at it. She does regular check in with me and also finds creative ways for her clients to partner and support each other as well through boot camps and other types of varies events.
