I took a workshop for clamming and seaweed farm education with Alanna. She was absolutely f*cking fantastic and I had a phenomenal time this week learning how to clam, visiting the seaweed farm, and having fresh clam ceviche. She also taught me how to shuck a butter clam after I asked, and gave lots of interesting background information on lots of seaweed after I peppered her with questions.
