When I called the service department and talked to Joe and Tommie the response they gave me- We have the best mechanics but we cannot ensure the factory has working parts. We were told the parts and labor are under warranty for two years and we can take it to any Ford. Really this is why I paid $5k for a service job done so poorly. Be careful and do not waste time or money at this service department.
