My Uncle found the table to be a little uncomfortable as laying on his stomach isn't the easiest way to breathe - but they offer a chair or a contraption similar to the ones at the mall to make accommodations which is so helpful. My husband speaks Chinese so the language isn't an issue for us, but we didn't let them know he could speak until half way through the massage... so we could determine if they were saying anything concerning haha. Nothing to report. Excellent people who are running in excellent 7 year old business in Visalia! We all enjoyed our massages and especially the reflexology on the feet. Amazing! Oh and if you're wondering- no creepy happy endings at this place. So don't even call to ask. Creeps.

It was just enough pressure and he asked me along the way if it was enough or too much. He intuitively knew where my tension in my back was. The second half of my massage I had the cups placed on my back. I have not had this done before and will see how it feels later tonight and tomorrow. I did wish I could have had water, so next time I will take alkaline water with me. So that was 60 minutes worth of deep tissue massage and the cups. I went to pay and then I asked if anyone was available to give a foot massage. Jimmy was available. The foot massage started with a arm and cranial massage while my feet were soaking in hot water. And then he proceeded with the foot massage. Again he was so detailed on the different parts of my foot. I felt so much relief and effect from the massage. She mad me feel very comfortable even before the facial services started and was sure to ask if I had any current skin concerns and go over my skin history. Her table was very comfortable with a heating element to it and also a blanket. She went above and beyond during my facial and continually checked in to ensure i was comfortable, as well as told me what she was doing/applying. She really took her time and was incredibly thorough throughout the entire process and I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated, and my skin is GLOWING. Being my first facial, she set the bar high and I will definitely be returning to her for future services. Before this, I had bought my mom a gift certificate for a massage and the process was so easy. Sierra is incredibly responsive and even offered to give me a physical gift certificate or a digital one. I was in a pinch (day of bday shopping, oops!) and she sent over a digital gift certificate right away. My mom loved her massages and also plans to return for future services. If you are on the fence about booking with Sierra, my advise is do it! You will not regret it and Sierra deserves all of the business that comes her way. Thank you so much Sierra!!!!
