The poor lady sitting beside me had been waiting for over an hour and a half. The man working on my nails was rushing and did not do the best job on my nails because of that. Now, as a business owner I understand that some days are very busy and it's impossible to please everyone but it was frustrating to be told they were going to be a few minutes late and having to wait over an hour. My boyfriend was waiting for me outside the shop that whole time and with every 10 extra minutes I was feeling more and more stressed. Not the ideal relaxing experience I was hoping for. I might give them one last chance but if this happens again I will not be going back.

I have a shower, when blow drying my hair I notice that my left side was not done the same as my right side. I figured when I get back to Sudbury( which was Mach 22/19 that I would just get them to fix it. I was told that it was more than 1 week, that I would have to pay for another haircut. I don't think this is right as I live 3 hours away and it's not like I can drive in the very next day.i think that It should have been fix this day.
