The staff makes you feel very welcomed! Lots of great services offered in one place - massages, facuals, pedicures, accupuncture and accupuncture which are all offered by professional staff. They also have a spa room which is on my bucket list. Also available is a naturopath and chiropractor. They also sell all kinds of great facial and body products. Best place in Sudbury to take care of all your needs. read more

From the Business

History

Established in 2003.

Ezentials first opened as Nature's Apothecary in 2003, a small naturopathic medical clinic and health food store in the Hanmer Valley Shopping Centre. After a few years in the mall, the business was relocated across the street and renamed "Ezentials" to reflect it's new services, offering "essential" tools to promote health in a "zen"-like healing environment. Ezentials now provides a naturopathic health clinic, health food store, massage therapy, yoga/ meditation classes and esthetic services to Hanmer and the rest of the Greater City of Sudbury.

Meet the Business Owner: Tracy G.

Tracy graduated as a Naturopathic Doctor in 2002 from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Upon completion of her studies, she returned to her hometown of Sudbury, Ontario and began the work of creating a family naturopathic practice. At Ezentials, Tracy offers naturopathic family health care and has a particular interest in the treatment of infertility. She is also actively involved in all areas of the business to ensure continued growth and expansion. For her, this is a work of passion! Her goal is to create a destination health centre and spa where clients can come to restore health using natural, safe and effective treatment options.

I booked myself in for a much-needed deluxe facial after reading the description on She's So Fine Esthetics' website. This cute little spa, which is tucked away in a building at the corner of Lasalle and Barrydowne, was clean and cozy and offers plenty of unique services. Marie-Daniele, my esthetician, was pleasant and professional throughout the visit, explaining exactly what my service would entail. She certainly has her technique down pat - I had a hard time getting up after 90 minutes of bliss! I would not hesitate to return to She's So Fine Esthetics and I definitely recommend giving them a try if you've not already done so. They have a number of great specials for February - check out their Facebook page for more info.

The poor lady sitting beside me had been waiting for over an hour and a half. The man working on my nails was rushing and did not do the best job on my nails because of that. Now, as a business owner I understand that some days are very busy and it's impossible to please everyone but it was frustrating to be told they were going to be a few minutes late and having to wait over an hour. My boyfriend was waiting for me outside the shop that whole time and with every 10 extra minutes I was feeling more and more stressed. Not the ideal relaxing experience I was hoping for. I might give them one last chance but if this happens again I will not be going back.
