After visiting several "major" high street cobblers trying to find somebody who could put Doc Martens soles onto a pair of shoes originally with leather soles and heels and despairing to hear time after time " never heard of that" ; never been asked that before" ; "can't be done": I found a true master crafstman. The Sherwood Cobbler not only provided Doc Marten soles onto my shoes but made them look as if they had been originally created that way.
My pair of Delicious Junction Rude Boys look fantastic. Now I know why he is a Member of Master Craft Men.
P.s the price was actually cheaper than one of the high street cobblers quotes for replacement leather soles and heels so...fantastic service, does the impossible and at reasonable prices. What more could you ask and want for? read more
