He gives great advice on coordinating colors for the rooms in your home and provides all around great customer service. Craig, Chris and the others there are knowledgeable and helpful too but most of my dealings have been with Casey. Don't waste your time at Lowe's or Home Depot - go straight to Cottage Supply and you will not be disappointed.

They…read morehelpfully offer booklets of pre-selected various colors designed to complement each other from room to room, and the colors he chose came out great, if not quite the same as how they looked on paper. With just our bathrooms left to paint (wallpaper, *shudder*), we returned today hoping to have some of our ~2 gallons of leftover blue paint tinted more to a gray shade. Charles was the only person working (clearly they expected a quiet holiday Sunday), and he expertly bounced back and forth between helping us as we considered our options and assisting the other customers who came in with simpler purchases. Charles ultimately helped us decide that spending money on base to add to our existing paint was the same cost as just buying a new gallon of paint in a color we liked, and significantly riskier (none of us quite knew how the existing paint might change, or not). He also poured off a quart of the blue paint for us to keep separately, recommended a primer, checked pricing possibilities in order to get us the best deal, and wheeled everything outside to load into our car. So while Sherwin-Williams is definitely NOT cheap, I can see why! If you need paint, I'd recommend starting here for quality help and product.

Do not order from here. I order some Annie Sloan chalk paint and all my cans were damaged before…read moreit's was shipped out to me. Now I have to deal with a third party insurance with usps instead of Brendon and Jeni. This is poor management and taking ownership for what they did. Trying to blame the usps is not there fault. I do not recommend to order. They with just take the damage can they have off the shelf and mail to you.
