People do not walk into a professional paint shop to "look" around, they generally know what they want, also I do not expect 5-star restaurant type service, but I, at least, want to be acknowledged as a paying customer. It was my first time at this particular location dealing with Farrell-Calhoun. I have not had any problems at any of the other locations. I will stick with Farrell-Calhoun, as I have established a color I use for my rental properties, but I will never again go to the location in Olive Branch. And to add insult to injury, i go to another Farrell-Calhoun and get the paint $7 a gallon cheaper than what was quoted in Olive Branch. Farrell-Calhoun is fine, just stay away from this branch.

Also, the aisles were clogged with carts full of more merchandise that the employees were trying to jam on the shelves to sell. Sure enough, I heard something crash to the floor and break. An employee just swept it up and took it away, like it was a daily occurrence. I'm sure it is! Over all, it was an unpleasant experience to shop there. I'll have to be pretty desperate for a specific item to ever shop there again.
