It was an absolute pleasure working with CertaPro. We needed our accent color changed on the…read moreexterior of the house and were shopping for a good painting company. From our initial phone call to the final completion of our project CertaPro been very professional and attentive. We booked our appointment within a week. Jonmarc walked us through everything we should anticipate, to include weather changes and different types of paint. CertaPro team was at our door right on time and finished our project as promised on the same day. After competition, we walked with the project manager to see if anything was missing ( it was not). We could not be much happier with the final look and the two year warranty as well! Highly recommended, book your appointment today, you won't be disappointed!

You can improve on your customer service being that Manny gave me a nasty attitude telling me "this is the last time I'm coming here for touch ups, too many times have I had to come here to do it!" Yelling at me the customer while in front of my realtor and photographer who are helping me get the home sell ready and they were going to point out spots his team failed to do well! The only reason why he had to keep coming back is because his team failed to do a great job! Otherwise there would had been no need for touch ups at all! On top of that he had the audacity to ask me to pay for the damages his team did to my floor because "you were going to fix it yourself anyway so you might as well!" He also stated "my guys haven't had work in a week due to the shutdown so you think you can go half on them and pay half at least while they pay the other half!" It's not my fault you damaged my floor and now have to pay my carpet company for the mistakes your crew made! I tried to be cordial with Manny till the very end but he just couldn't keep it together and complained about doing his job that I already paid him to do that his crew had destroyed my floor and also got paint all on my rugs that I was replacing! You better be great full I didn't Sue and make you guys pay for my carpet too!

It was a bigger job with having to replace the siding, so we were very surprised when they said they were finishing up after the 3rd day! They didn't seem to wait for anything to set (dry) as we saw them using caulking and 2 hours later the paint was done. They had blobs of caulking where they filled nail holes and didn't smooth it out. When they tried to fix it, it made the paint bad. They painted right before it rained and we had streaks on some areas of the house. We had 4 nails that went all the way through the wall and into the inside of the house! Some of the trim paint was not done correctly. When they tried to fix it they could just peel it right off, so they did and repainted and now you can tell where they peeled it. They took one of our buckets, lost screw caps to lights and never replaced and used a little shovel and scoop we had and broke it. We told them 3 times to not put the cable lines back up but they did anyway - and it was just randomly ran along the house. Then when they took it down of course there were new nail holes in our new piece of siding that they had to patch. We paid for materials and they didn't leave the leftovers like they were supposed to. They did send another team to try and fix some of the items. I felt like they did a better job, wish we would have had them to begin with. Our PM was understanding and tried to make things right, but the damage was done and not everything could be fixed. And what should have taken a week or less, ended up taking 6 weeks!

Pat and his wife did a great job painting my home office. The trim and door (that I had them paint…read morewhite) looked very clean and the walls (which I wanted Sherwin Williams Cotton White - Satin Finish) looks great. They had to cover a brown color so they did three coats to make sure it was really covered and it looks so bright and wonderful. They also brought in a third party person to repair some damage I had on my drywall and to texture it to make it look like the rest of the wall and it looks seamless. Their quote also included the paint, so I did not have to purchase the paint myself. AND they left the paint that was leftover. Their quote was also the cheapest I got so their affordability was definitely a plus! Lastly, their demeanor and personalities were very professional and kind. They made me feel comfortable having them in my home.

I found Pat's Painting on Angies List where they were rated in the top three painters in Colorado…read moreSprings. For good reason. They take pride in their work and make sure at every level that you will be satisfied and are satisfied with the end result. They initially quoted on refinishing baseboard trim, cabinets, wood doors and window ledges. They completed that job so well that I had them paint the entire 2,500 sq foot townhouse, except ceilings. Some more details: 1. They were the best bid out of three licensed businesses. 2. They have the equipment required to do the job: Scaffolding, ladders, drop cloths, sanders, drills, steam cleaners, shop vac and many special tools to ensure your home is not damaged in the painting. 3. They used quality Sherman Williams paints. 4. They carefully removed (and put back after painting) doors, wall and window hardware (including but limited to vent covers, blinds, drapes, and towel racks. They did not paint over or around hardware. 5. They moved furniture carefully and fully draped it. 6. They removed their painting equipment at the end of the day or carefully stored it on site (at your OK) in an out of the way place. After EACH DAY they cleaned up and vacuumed the area. On weekends they removed all their equipment so that that you didn't feel you were on a job site. 7. For no charge, Pat's wife Christina helped me choose wall color accents from a Sherman William giant sampler (which is a job that can be extremely intimidating when adding color to an all off-white house. 8. They filled holes and textured to the appropriate finish. For instance if your wall is textured and you need a repair, the repair needs to be textured too. 9. They repaired without charge a hanging cabinet door and probably other things out of scope for the job. 10. They had a feature on their phone that could pick out the hues and color in your existing counter tops to exactly match and/or complement the colors using Sherman Williams paints. 11. And they are super nice people!
