I WAS a customer for 2-3 years with Sherrys Custom tees. Everything was fine - last year in 2025 there was issues with patches on about 100 hats we ordered - they were falling off. Emmerentia made things right and helped us out even gave us some freebies. Everything was phenomenal - great owner to customer relationship, zero complaints. Little backstory, we run a charitable golf event in Kenosha where I spend about $2000 of sponsorship money (from local Kenosha businesses) with Emmerentia & Sherry's Custom Tees, again, not my money at all. Unfortunately, this year, 2026, Emmerentia made a pretty big mistake on embroidery for 100 hats for said tournament. The logo we have should have been green via the mock hat she made for us and turns out when the hats were printed all 100 were a yellow logo instead of green (not good). We are about 3 weeks out from the event, I go in 5/6 to make payment pick everything up, I tell Veronica the order is incorrect. She calls Emmerentia - she calls me and immediately blames me and starts raising her voice on the phone saying I told her it was supposed to be yellow, etc etc, she told me she has proof of me saying that, essentially calling me a liar. I then agreed to go in and chat with her, I go into her establishment, the hats are there, she blames me stating that "I told her a few weeks ago I didnt like the green logo and wanted yellow," (never happened as we had a mock made up and nothing was changed). Long story short after spending about $2500-$3k in the last two years at her business she blamed me said it was my fault was only planning to refund me $300 until I negiotated it down to take $400 off of the bill. To go into a business and for the owner to blatantly stand there and tell you you're wrong and I was at fault was extremely upsetting. I gave her a check for $900 (sponsorship money from local businesses) took my incorrect product and walked out after being told that she swore on the bible and her family it was my fault. Long story short - I will never go back and use this business - thought I would benefit a local business instead of using a .com to create my product. Best of luck to Emmerentia and Sherrys Custom Tees but just know, this is the type of person you are dealing with giving money to her and her business. I have done work a few times with Sherry's and I haven't had a bad experience yet. I see some horrible reviews on here and I don't understand them based on my experiences, but everyone's experience is different. We have gone to Sherry's for two short orders so far and plan to return again and again. We were able to make our customized shirts exactly as we want them, with little hassle, for a decent price per shirt, and even at a moments notice. My most recent request was for some hoodies with our logos on them. I texted Sherry's in the afternoon on a Wednesday for hoodies I needed on Saturday afternoon. It was only four and they had the logos already so I figured it was worth the shot. Sadly the initial response was that they wouldn't be able to meet my timeline and I was ok with that because I realistically knew I was asking a lot even if it was only four pieces. To my surprise the next morning, Thursday, I received a text saying that after looking at their current work they would be able to accommodate me and have the shirts ready by Friday at 2pm. I was elated and the pricing, even with my custom work, was about what you pay anywhere for a hoodie so it was even better. Later that day, around 2pm, I received a message that the hoodies were done and I could pick them up tonight or tomorrow. I went straight over and grabbed them because I was happy to get them so quickly. When I got there I was told they rushed the order because of the expected heavy snowfall coming the next day and they didn't want me to have to drive in it if I didn't have to. She also told me that she felt bad she had to say no Wednesday night but she wasn't sure if she would have time. The next morning when she cleared her head and caught up on her work she realized she could still get them done. She then went a step further and got them done the same day to save me the inconvenience of driving in the snow. To me, that is the kind of service that wins you customers for life. read more

Work was good, prices were good, but customer service left a lot to be desired. Phone calls were not returned and no effort was made to provide a satisfied and happy outcome when I was dissatisfied with my product. I was basically accused of fabricating my part in the sizing and ordering process even when I had documentation of her instructions. read more

This was my first time doing business with this local store, I dropped off my scrub top the owner told me it would take about a week due to the Memorial Day. That was fine with me. A week passes and no phone call, it slipped my mind until the following Monday. After realizing its been almost 2 weeks I called that afternoon, they already closed and I left a message. Today after clinical I checked my phone excepting to have received a return phone call/voice mail, nothing. I call on my way home and she said it would be done tomorrow! I will be picking up my unfinished shirt and taking my business elsewhere. I would not recommend anyone to this place, completely unprofessional, deadlines/estimated times are not met. I went in there to get some logos put on a shirt. she gave me the quote and told me they will me done in 2 days. when i went to pick them up in 2 days she said they were not ready sorry. a week later they were done with price being 25% more then she quoted me. she said prices had increased sorry.
