She initially helped us sell my fiance's house and we got more than we were asking for, I'm sure at least in part, thanks to her. She set us up with a Stager that really helped ( and also recommended bar keepers friend which I swear by now). Then after a month or two she helped us find our new house. She clearly asked us what we wanted and scheduled us to go see houses that we were interested in right away. She never took more than a couple of minutes to answer texts on her phone and always had a smile on her face. For me, it was very overwhelming to buy a house for the first time, and Jen was super cool with it. She explained everything and gave us great advice. She also does all the signing electronically which is extremely convenient! She is always on time and overall is a joy to work with. I don't recommend many things, but I'd recommend Jen any day!

We moved from out of state and I simply chose to call her based on the reviews I saw posted online. All the reviews I read were right, she really is fantastic. Aubrey is one of the most honest people I've had the privilege of meeting. She understands what it means to be in a service industry and have a fiduciary responsibility toward her clients. Plus, she knows the true meaning of integrity and that reputation is vital to success. If only the world had more people like her... One of the other reason's why I can't speak highly enough about her is that she is a pretty awesome negotiator. The other realtor for the seller's side was a complete dirt bag but Aubrey didn't let it faze her; whereas I on the other-hand wasn't so calm and collected. She was very poised and confident and assured me everything would work out just fine, and she was right...again. :) Aubrey truly is an honest professional and I can't speak highly enough about her.

One of the best things of Karen was she always cut through the things that didn't matter like the decor and helped me find a house that had good bones in a great location and didn't have tons of reg flags when I go to sell later on. For those review who criticize her, I can't verify their claims but one of the best things about Karen is she brutally honest and won't let you buy a lemon and she knows one when she sees one. If she has ever told someone that they wont be able to find a perfect home or need to be willing to fix a things for the sought after price range, she's exactly right and I wouldn't get mad at her. She will never be rude though so I don't believe that. I noticed how "off" expectations are in the whole real estate process and sometimes you just need someone to be honest with you especially if you think your home is worth more than it actually is. From my experience in buying process with Karen, I observed that sellers are usually super cheap and pinching pennies and therefore you will rarely find a home move in ready at a discount. Chose Karen, she's absolutely amazing and ignore reviews that say she's too honest or opinionated. Her advice will help you make a good decision whether selling or buying. She actually knows what she's talking about!!!!!
