I took pictures of the part and video of what was happening walked into store showed both to a gentleman. Right then he knew what was wrong, what part I needed, ordered it and had it in within 2 days, plus showed me how to replace the part without and snide or rude judgements about me being a female. Today we had a service guy out for our washer and he was professional, polite, patient with our youngest and her questions and even helped us on how to transfer our extended warranties from one business to theirs without any problem. If ever you need appliances, because I still need a few, I will and you should purchase from here. Thank you NOT for everything.

I was immediately assisted by a knowledgeable and friendly sales person who never pressured or attempted to redirect me. I had already researched the best price and knew what I would likely pay for a speed queen. To my surprise, the price at WA was far better than anything else I had found on line or anywhere else. Tack on free delivery and I saves at least $180 as compared to Best Buy. Delivery was great too. On time and right where I wanted it. This store is amazing and local. The people know their products, stand behind them and are very customer focused. If you need any appliances, I urge you to give Watertown Appliance a chance before just running to big box. I was a customer of Glider Oil for over ten years. My bank account was set up to make automatic…read morepayments on the budget plan. I was never late for a payment. This summer of 2025, Heller Gas put a sub station in on Beartown Road and an account manager left a card for me to call about becoming a customer. The deal was very good and I switched to Heller. They contacted Glider for me and arranged to have the 500 gallon Glider tank picked up. I received an end statement from Glider, in which they detailed that I had a credit of $753 from the propane left in the tank. BUT, they charged me a disconnect fee of $125, AND a restocking fee for the tank of $145. $270 because I left Glider and went to Heller! I will NOT go back to Glider, even if they come up with a better deal next year, or the year after. Talk about leaving a good customer on bad terms!

The other (AG) did a site visit and install where they said they could/would make deliveries only to have the driver say he would Not deliver. Glider to the rescue. From the site visit and install to the delivery of propane - all was so easy. The entire Glider staff were friendly and did exactly what they said they would do. Hooray for Glider Oil! 10 out of 10 Score in my book.
