The one thing I kind of regret is that it went so quickly and painlessly that I wouldn't be working with Cathy longer. She was so amazing from first contact (she came highly recommended by our loan officer, who is a longtime friend of the family). On the first day out, she took us to multiple properties and was able to spot out issues in every house - good and bad. I always felt we were being advocated for. If another agent was not being forthcoming about important details, she made sure we didn't let emotion override our common sense. We were expecting to bid on several houses before we had an offer accepted but incredibly, one of our first two bids was accepted but on the terms that the deal could be done in 30 days. Cathy and our loan officer vowed they could have it done and they did! Our deal closed five weeks after our first day out. She is a consummate professional and went way out of her way to follow up on everything. She truly went above and beyond on multiple occasions and was extremely detailed during home inspection. She flagged things to make sure they were caught. Her recommendations for inspector, home warranty company, etc. were all extremely efficient and professional as well. After the previoius owners vacated, she went out on a Saturday night to make sure everything was acceptable and found out they left all the keys and garage remotes locked in the house. By the time arrived at the house for first time Sunday morning, she had a locksmith out to remove door locks and had gone to Home Depot to buy us new ones. Not detail was too large or small to warrant her immediate attention and resolution. Her passion for real estate and market knowledge were also so impressive.
