Perhaps I'm just more accepting that some days are rougher than others in customer service (phones ringing off the hook, everyone wanting answers right now, etc...I worked 15 years in a similar environment). But every interaction with Jasmine's team was pleasant, professional, and efficient. Follow-through was thorough while still gentle. I can't ask for more than Jordan delivered...and she saved me about $250/year compared to Allstate, who had had my business for many years, significant when your income is fixed in retirement like mine. Five stars, and I strongly recommend you talk with this office regarding your insurance needs. I believe you'll be glad you did!

I had called about 10 agents, and because I had a unique situation with my property, no one wanted to be bothered. Jim made every effort to get me excellent coverage at an excellent rate, and was super with communication every step of the way. I moved my car insurance to them, too, and also got great rates with them. Can't say enough positives about my experience with him. Thanks so much!

While I decided my COBRA benefits are right for me for the next year, Allison was very helpful in walking me through a quote for private insurance (which does have premiums that are LESS THAN HALF of what I'll have to pay for COBRA) and taking care to explain that the private plans do not have an out of pocket maximum. If you've been trying to speak with insurance agents and feel like you're talking to a used car salesman that you can't trust, I highly recommend speaking to Jacob or Allison for an honest conversation backed by facts, documents and integrity.

This made 2016's taxes a little complicated for me... Although Stephanie made it clear that international situations like this are not her strong point, we figured it out together quickly. She was open and patient filling out everything else for me, trying to save me whatever money she could. I felt like everything was well taken care of with her. This was very convenient; instead of sweating over the details myself, I was able to schedule a time with her within a week and she went through everything with me. When my check cleared, she filed all of my forms for me and gave me a neatly-packaged copy for my records. I think Hauman was cheaper than H&R Block would have been, but the latter didn't want to give me a quote until they'd looked at my information with a "specialist." I got my return within a couple weeks and I'd definitely run to Stephanie again if my taxes become complicated!
