We had a major fire in our condo and everything initially seemed to be fine. Usually have to call…read morethem several times. Poor service. Had an issue with the new wiring. Our counter top sockets constantly are shutting down and I have to go into basement to reset breaker. The only things we use on counter is toaster, coffee maker. ( I believe the microwave would be on different breaker) When I finally get them to respond about this issue , they come out and change the breaker and say that the reason the breaker goes out when I am making coffee is because of the new way breakers are made! This is a ridiculous statement. They did the wiring wrong and now I am going to hire another electrical company to take care of problem. Having to go down in basement to constantly reset breaker should not be necessary. They put all of the new wiring in and are unwilling to properly correct problem other than trying to convince customer it is because of the way new breakers are make. ( Sure it is...why isn't rest of house having the same problems?)

He even waited until I made a cup of coffee before he started ! Bless his heart. Mike was very courteous, professional, He truly knows what he's doing. He had found two breakers in our breaker box in the home that had at one point sparked and caused heat damage to the inside of our breaker box. He replaced those two large breakers, then he also made sure every fire alarm in the house was replaced with a new 10-year battery alarm!! I don't like headaches and that saved me a big five of them!! lol I thought the company has got a great technician with this guy. Then I found out he was the owner! Most owners of companies don't act like they are service technicians! I had no idea and was very impressed with the way he conducted himself, and in doing his business. SOS Electric came out to the house and gave a free estimate. Several breakers needed replacement and SOS recommended installing a hole house surge protector. They gave a very reasonable estimate that I accepted. They came out a couple days later to do the repair. Mike was on time, baked on arrival and was very courteous.
