A friend who came over the other evening remarked "the lighting here could be in a lounge in an upscale, urban hotel." Cheryl gave us a beautiful design which she oversaw until completion. She offered great advice on colors, textures, lighting, and furniture. She designed some special features. including a wall planter box. She also turned a space that was once a large built in bookcase into an amazing stone tile insert. Lighting is really important to me and among other things, she created a light bar that illuminates the beautiful wood paneling that wraps 3/4 of the room. (Hope she posts pics of this. This is not what you normally think of as "wood paneling. Think of that upscale, hotel bar!) All these touches really make this room unique, warm, and lovely.
