We started taking my younger dog (the brown and white one) since she was a puppy. Debbie's Wagging Tails is genuine dog grooming if you're ever looking for it. The workers show much passion for the dogs and their jobs. They build bonds with the dogs that come in and the communication is very easy. Telling them what kind of cut I want on my dog is simple and I get my dogs coming back looking 10x better. We were there with two friends we've known since 1966 (yes, we go way back... like, pre-selfie back), and figured an old-time photo was a must. Best decision ever--we had an absolute blast! Tamra got us all dolled up as our fabulous Dresser, Joe worked his magic behind the camera, and Zandy put on the finishing touches as Editor. The whole team was so friendly and professional... and somehow managed to keep straight faces while we laughed nonstop. Seriously, I don't think we've giggled that much since the '60s. This photographer was very unprofessional, erratic, and produced subpar products. She refused to…read moretake our input on the photos we wanted to take, we gave her ideas on poses that were unique and had personality, and she showed up to the wedding late and with an AI generated pamphlet of 5 or so generic poses. When she reached out with the final product she gave us images that had black artifacts, discoloring all throughout the images, and faces that were unrecognizable, then listed countless excuses. One being her computer crashed, then it was that she saved the images too many times, then turning and saying we edited the images to ruin her business (after we paid for her work?). Afterwards she finally said that she doesn't know how to edit photos and used AI tools to do her work for her. She attempted to redo the photos about 4 times, but there were no changes even after we permitted AI tools (we felt it was disingenuous to use AI as that isn't really capturing the moment my wife and I wanted). Throughout this process, she got heated and tried to charge us an extra $3000 just because her editing was making our photos look like they were recovered from a fire. I'm not even sure the photos she took were even recoverable, because again she tried to charge us an obscene amount of money just to look at her original work. The most upsetting part is we tried our very best to reason with her. Lizzie even started cursing at my wife over her own ruinous work, sending paragraphs of borderline harassment because we wanted to treasure our wedding. It was really upsetting that she cared more about her 'artistic vision' with AI than producing a perfect memory for something we care about deeply. I don't recommend working with Lizzie, we never once felt comfortable with her work, professionalism, or even her passion. After trying to reason with her she blamed us for ruining her 'love' of photography, and said she'd never do it again. Look elsewhere if you don't want an overpriced mess and irresponsible person to cover your once in a life time moments.

Long story short, we paid $40 at a fall event to get a photo shoot and $250 worth of pet…read morephotography. We had them taken on 10/30. The photographer engaged in high sales tactics and wanted us to purchase our prints THAT afternoon. I didn't feel well, didn't have a good idea of sizes/wall space available in our home, and so we declined. We then scheduled another date to go over the prints with her. Another long story short, my spouse had a work requirement he couldn't get out of, so we cancelled. We tried calling her and telling her the photos and the sizes we want. She wouldn't allow this bc she couldn't guarantee that the order would be correct this way. My husband text her this past Saturday asking abt coming in bc he was off on MLK day. No dice. My husband finally asked why we couldn't view watermarked photos online. She literally stated that, "If you're poor enough that you need me to refund the WHOLE $40 you spent, I'm happy to do so." I never leave bad reviews for restaurants/professional service bc taste is subjective, but this was just straight up uncalled for. To her credit, she did refund our money.
