I spent endless hours arguing with them over this problem. I went back and forth to other national tire shops in the area with no resolution. So I was extremely frustrated when I came to GCR. New front Alcoa wheels helped a lot (90%), but a slight wobble was still was there. GCR Service Manager Nate House was very polite with me on the phone and was there to work on my Sprinter when I arrived. I had no reservation and the work was done and explained to me while I waited. Understanding my situation, Nate was excited to help and told me he would do his best. He pulled all six wheels and balanced them on a Hunter Balancer, and just like that-- wobble gone completely! He went above and beyond to make sure that I was going to be safe driving my car since my windshield wipers weren't working. As he was testing the wiper fuse, this very young looking employee totally ruined my day by telling George and I quote "I've never seen someone test fuses and we usually don't do that, for future reference". Then he casually walks away. George did test my fuse and sure enough it was blown. I would have purchased fuses from the store but I didn't want to see that very rude worker. The only reason why I would go back is because of the service I received. Outstanding customer service George!
