Where is all the gas tax money going? Billions of dollars dedicated to mostly non road improvement projects.

Never have I experience such blatant disrespect & audacity from an employee to a paying regular customer. Every Tuesday I usually come to this location. I typically buy a couple drinks and some protein bars or snacks, use the restroom and they pay the $2 to use the vacuums. In fact Linda herself is usually the one I encounter at the register when ringing me up and she will give me quarters for the vacuums. I will vacuum my work truck and typical throw away ONE trash bag of mostly empty bottles and wrappers... typical trash. Usually it's the size of a Walgreens or Walmart bag, Maybe on two occasions I threw away a kitchen size bag. One week as I was about to throw away a kitchen size bag which actually was only 1/4 full... so actually less than a Walmart size bag of trash.. Linda was outside rudely said "Can you not use this trash can I don't want it to be full, can you throw it away in the dumpsters". I was very confused because I showed her the TWO trash cans near the vacuums were completely empty. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to ask again to throw away at the dumpsters... which were locked up and I had no access too. I place it next to the dumpsters brick wall since I had no access to the dumpsters. As I drove off I thought to myself, wow.. what a rude person, why is she asking me to not use the trash cans? There are FOUR TRASH CANS outside that are for CUSTOMERS. Two in front of the store and two more next to the vacuums... the whole point of them are for customers who need to throw away trash... I let it go. A few weeks later I arrive again, as I pull up to the usual parking space next to the vacuums , within what seemed like 30 seconds she comes out and says "Excuse me you're not allowed here anymore!" I say, I'm not allowed!? Why not?.. She says I complained to the manager that you always use our trash cans... Um excuse me... That;'s why they are there I told her. I then explained that I'm a paying customer why can't I use the trash cans. She said you should be using the ones at my job. Then it became blatantly obvious why she has a problem with me. TWO OBVIOUS REASONS.. #1 She is extremely lazy, and does not want to work. #2 she seems to have a problem that I'm in a work truck... which doesn't matter at all. She then proceeds to take pictures of me and my work truck without my consent with another employee that looks like what could her sister. She then called my job and complained to them in detail,... my job could not believe what they were hearing. They said the same thing I said... why can't he use the trash cans? They couldn't believe the audacity and laziness from this employee. Keep in mind we're talking about a regular size trash bag with regular trash, once a week next to the vacuums that fills maybe 1/6 to 1/4 of the trash can... and they're 4 trash cans. I can't believe she called my job to complain and ban me... a paying customer that spends money here every week from using the trash cans.. It's obvious she is extremely lazy and expects to keep all four trash cans completely empty despite me paying to use them!!! I will be filing a corportate complaint on her and will follow up on this until I hear how this will be handled. Quite frankly this may even be grounds for discrimination or harassment. I will wait to see what Chevron does before I take this into legal matters.

It's on Waterloo, so you know how it is. They have the dumpster locked off lol. Price is typical for the area--as of today (Saturday, Dec 30, 2023... $4.59/gal) but there are other places way cheaper less than a mile away. (I was driving back to the rental car place and it was $0.60/gallon less less than a mile from this station. Yikes.

The CRV is already being charge for beer then they do an additional 40 cent charge for more beer. I had CRV being charged for a pack of cigarettes. This is done to all customers I believe. They charge additional CRV, and pocket the profits themselves. I'm a loyal customer to this place but stealing from me and pocketing the change, how many people have they scamed to make extra cash? Shell Gas station on El Dorado st in Stockton, California…read more So on this glorious evening I came over to Shell's gas station once again. I usually creep in at night like a Shinobi in and out then I vanish into thin air. The staff that I see at night are pretty cool Brian and Philip. I come in feeling good and these dudes don't even trip. I'm not sure when the last time I got gas here. But I don't come for that reason. I got my places where I get my munchies and this is not one of them. So a little bit about the gas station. They do have a payphone and it works. The air and water machine is broken down. I'm not sure when there going to fix it. They don't charge any extra fee's foe using the atm or credit cards. They sell everything any other gas station would sell. My only complaint would be that the Cerveza is overpriced. I could go to Arco by Oak Park but dude at night be tripping way too much. Not trying to sell beer if stuff is jumping off at night. Arco on Harding way and Center st is all bad especially if you're feeling Gucci. One time will get definitely get you. So yeah I'll be back very soon. Why? ? Lol Stopped in today and found three of the gas pumps closed so the lines were a little long. The store has your typical convenience/gas station items. Nothing special just a bunch of over priced junk. But if you need gas or a sugar rush then this is the place. Hopefully if it's late at night and you must stop, make sure you have a friend with you.
