This Shell is located directly on South Cobb Drive and sits at the Powder Springs Street…read moreintersection. It is your standard gas station, but given some of the other brands located close by, this Shell stands out for their cleanliness and condition. While the store itself is over 10 years old, it is well taken care of and has always been clean when I have stopped in. Gas prices are always a few cents higher here than the nearby QT/Valero/Kroger gas stations and due to this, I only stop at this location for snacks/drinks in a pinch. Service has always been decent, never had any issues. Overall, this is your standard Shell station. Nothing special, but also nothing terrible...it's here when needed and that works just fine!

I was shocked that gas was $3.85 a gallon and a couple places nearby was still ringing up gas at $3.99 a gallon. The location was well lit for after midnight, and the doors were unlocked so you could actually go inside the location and get a snack in addition to paying for your gas. I appreciate that this location was clean and the service was top notch....unlike some gas stations you go by at midnight and its all seedy and having the strangies hanging out.

I fill up at this Citgo a lot. It's mostly due to the convenience. It's one of the few gas stations…read moreon Concord Rd that is on the right side of the road when I drive towards Mableton. It's easy to get into and the station is big. So there are plenty of pumps to choose from. The building looks dingy, but that's no different from the other gas stations in the area. The prices look competitive and they take AMEX, which is always a plus for me. One annoying instance I had with this place was when I tried to pump gas once. I always pay by card. So I put my card in and waited... and waited. The guy didn't turn the pump on after everything was chosen and approved. So I went inside to remind him to turn the pump on. He didn't turn it on. Instead, he saw my Weather Channel jacket and turned into some fanboy. He said, "Hey you work for the Weather Channel!" I'm like, "Yes, turn the pump on." I hate walking 50ft to remind gas station attendants to flip a switch. Ugh #firstworldproblems. I give it 3.5 stars.

One thing I really appreciated at this location specifically is the self-checkout option. When the main register line gets backed up -- especially with people playing lottery tickets -- the self-checkout makes it much easier to get in and out without wasting time. That alone made the visit noticeably smoother. The store was clean, well-lit, and well stocked with plenty of drink and snack options. Gas prices were competitive, and the overall experience felt efficient and straightforward. For a first visit, this location left a good impression -- and the self-checkout is a feature I'd definitely like to see more often.

They accept all major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. At the pumps, they have 3 pumps: regular, premium, and diesel. I'm not sure where the middle option went. I did notice that they play some gas station music while I was pumping gas. It seemed like a special radio station for gas stations. They played all sorts of music. When I first got out of the car, they played some house music. I guess they wanted people to groove while they pump the gas. The next song they played sounded like some blues music. Weird. I hope they play Dupstep next time I fill up.
