I went to Shell to get a Lottery ticket. I needed to see if this was where I needed to get my ticket. Do they have winners luck? :-)

Elizabeth works inside the US Post Office at this Shell location. She's very helpful, friendly, and fast.

I stopped in with a friend in town who never experienced this place and they were amazed. From the world's largest car wash to a wall of jerky. We spent about 20 minutes in here exploring each side and left with beaver nuggets and a shirt.

I received a Buc-ee's dog leash as a gift, and the very first time I used it, it broke. Luckily, I have a good boy and didn't run off, which could have easily turned into a dangerous situation. For something as basic as a dog leash, I would think the quality would be more reliable, and this clearly wasn't. I went back to the store looking for an exchange, not even a refund, and that's where things got super weird and frustrating. I was told by the Manager Miah that without a receipt, nothing could be done. But, in the same conversation, she told me the item would also need to be in "resellable condition." .... HMMMMM.... wait, that doesn't make much sense. Let me get this straight, if the product is defective and broke on first use, how would it ever be resellable? BUuuuuuut if I did have a receipt, suddenly the broken leash is acceptable for exchange? The logic just didn't add up. Miah then insisted on stressing "store policy" and that she could lose her job for making an exception. But isn't store policy to satisfy your customers and provide them with an experience that makes them want to return. That's hard to believe that taking care of a customer over a clearly defective $20 item would be a fireable offense. Come on guys, where is the use of basic common sense. The most disappointing is that I've been a loyal Buc-ee's customer. Every year before visiting family overseas, we spend $100's of dollars on Buc-ee's merchandise, snacks, and gifts to take with us. It's been a tradition, one that ended today. Completely shocked that a company valued at over $2 Billion would choose to stand firm over a $20 defective leash. How about you guys do a better job training management to handle situations like this with a little flexibility and customer-first thinking vs. scaring them into losing their jobs, which loses customers! I used to enjoy shopping at Buc-ee's, but after this experience, I def. will not be back!

They have aisle after aisle of snacks, sweets and treats. I ended up getting eight, yes eight, different flavors of sour belt candy from a brand I hadn't seen anywhere else and they were PHENOMENAL. They also have a small little restaurant in there and a good selection of hot foods and trinkets for sale. Their drink selection is also massive, from fountain drinks and ICEEs, to the what seemed like endless amount of refrigerated drinks. I know where I'm going for diabetes anytime I'm in town.

So I used my remote app which allowed me to put in my payment and then I put in my pump number, #3 and it was cancelled and said "see Attendant". So I walked in and asks what was going on with the cancelled Shell Rewards multiple cancellations? The blonde female lady at the register bluntly told me " I didn't do it, its not my problem". She asked me what do I need? I told her a full tank of gas, which she replied you can do that here, do you want $10-$20? I told her that I would prefer a full tank as I am going out of town in the morning. She shrugged and said she can only give me the amount I pay. I told her to never mind and I went to the one just 1.2 miles up the road. No problems there. I'd be less irritated if she had been at least sympathetic and not tell me its not her problem. Service oriented, not at all...

They speak with customers any way they want, including the owner. I've seen it time and time again...I am sick of it! I have had enough with the old snacks, barely stocked shelves at times and over pricing on everything! They even talk to their vendors extremely nasty. No diversity in staff, which is more then likely the reason why they treat customers like trash. I am a restruant blogger and I only recommend services and places that OFFER respect to their customers. They don't even recognize the faces of DAILY customers...Shameful. There is a new and larger gas station 5 minutes down the street. Prior to Williams Way exit their is an Exxon/BK and BUC-EEs with exceptional customer service, hot fresh food, & better food and drink choices. Fuel, Food, and Merchandise prices are MUCH LOWER at these 2 locations as well. So if you want to save money on fuel per gallon, bigger/better snack and drink selections with STELLAR customer service..its a no brainer SKIP THIS PLACE. The other gas stations are all less then 4 min drive from this gas station. Tip! Maybe you shouldn't look at your customer as walking dollar bills. They can also be the ones who cause you to close your doors. You want our money then earn it.
