The service is pretty unfriendly. It pretty much is a convenience store attached to a gas station so it's not much to look at. Product selection is really bad in here. They have the basic stuff. All overpriced and not healthy. They have some juices at the front in a cooler that looked good but they're full of sugar. Also they have basic good items like cereal. It's like $5 or so. This is just basic stuff. It's things like Lucky Charms. This isn't even upscale organic stuff. Bad service here. It has an employee who ignores you when you come in. The place is also filthy and hard to find things.

The problem is the safety auto-stop feature on their pumps (seemingly all of them) have become way too sensitive. As soon as pull the handle on the pump, it clicks off. You have to pump gas so ridiculously slowly so that the pump stays on, that it takes forever to fill your tank. It may sound like a petty problem, but it's really annoying, especially when you're out there for long periods of time on frigid winter days. If they fix the overly-sensitive pumps, they're easily back to a four or five star rating.

Fast forward to the last two months, I had a check engine light go on. I brought it to them in which they said I would need new sparks and coil overs. They charged me for a tune up, however, my check engine light never went off. I would bring it to them and they mentioned it could be your gas cap, which didn't make sense but I replaced it and drove for a bit to no change in the check engine light. I recently moved to a new town and brought my car to a new shop, they mentioned that the misfire in my engine was still there (again I was told a tune up was done). I also mentioned a clunking sound which they mentioned wasn't BIG. The new shop mentioned that my control arm came off easily... I wouldn't bring my business to Superior ever again!

Everything that I asked him to check on the car as well on top of the inspection was done. Highly recommended for sure! Definitely gets a 10 out of 10 for me! Will be coming back and bringing others. The customer service started in the front end with the guy who helped with pumping the gas who is able to answer my questions and lead me in the right direction and then to the guys who does the inspection him and his partner. All three guys best service all around. One thing is for sure you're not living life if you're always serious all the time it's OK to crack a joke or joke around here and there!

I sit, go…read more Standard gas station with pretty standard prices located in Everett and it's open late night which makes it very useful, and leads me to give it a pretty decent rating. Massachusetts has a lot of cheap gas, and this isn't one of the cheaper ones, but it's also not usually one of the more expensive ones either. Somewhere right in the middle, convenient, and not too boxed in like some Massachusetts gas stations are.
