We were in Olympic peninsula having fun for several days and the truck was really in need of TLC. Got the gas tank filled up and decided to get a car wash as well. Gas price was decent and once we pulled in to get car wash. We were pleasantly surprised to find out 3 people were there to tend to our truck! They sprayed,used mitten and even step stool to get to the top of the truck before the automatic wash. We were totally unprepared that's the service we were getting. It was a fantastic experience to see these folks here worked so hard. Our truck was feeling and looking great after the soft cloth auto wash. Seriously. This was worth every penny! The pre treatment prior to the automat wash really made a difference. We will be back next time we are in town. Thank you

A lot of the candy I had never seen before or friends in other countries had been asking me to send to them and I couldn't find them in Seattle. The cashier showed us where some candy was that I asked about if there was a one in a million chance it was sold there. He talked with my friend and I for a while. The place was really clean and organized, too.

I will say - I was NOT pleased with the lack of enthusiasm and professionalism of some employee (Optometrist) - and the poor OUTCOME of my EYE EXAM thru their independent business - totally separate from Costco! I gave my new glasses ( I loved the frames...the new lens's was the problem - a try for three weeks...NOT HAPPY!) I explained the situation to Alan! I will say Alan deserves a huge thank you for patiently listening to my complaint re: my EYE EXAM and lens's. He told me what options were available and we decided on what seemed the best choice. Very pleased! I really appreciated it! Brian and Alan both have been wonderful when I have had the pleasure of working with them choosing frames and the preparation needed to complete the order! I gave them another chance before I left. This time a woman came over to tell me they weren't making hot sandwiches. She said it twice. I replied that's OK, I don't want a hot sandwiches. She acted like I had interrupted her life and proceeded to make my sandwich. I wasn't holding out much hope for a good meal watching her make it. They were out of a lot of ingredients so I ended up with spinach and about twice as many pickles as necessary. Then she added shredded cheese (wasn't offered a choice) she put a few pinches of white cheese. Mozzarella? Queso Blanco? Monterey Jack? Topped it off with diced onions, cut and wrapped it, and handed it to me. I took it home, and much to my surprise, it actually tasted pretty good. I'd order from their deli again, but would ask if they had the ingredients to make a proper sammy first. Two things that definitely need to be changed: 1. Use sliced cheese instead of shredded and have some choices. 2. Use sliced onions instead of diced. The shredded cheese and diced onions fell out of the sandwich and I kept having to gather them off my plate and put it back on the bread. I'll try again and see if things have changed.
