Hadn't been to this location in a couple years but recently revisited and was pleasantly surprised!…read more New management since March I guess and it shows. Store is way more organized and clean now! Staff was very friendly. Gas prices are always best in town. Wish the town would allow the people who rent the car wash to fix it right so it could be used!

Due to the new management taking over a year ago, this place is now great. It's very clean (much…read moremore than you'd expect from a gas station), and the staff are all friendly. They assume you're smart enough to put two and two together for things, but are willing to help you if you aren't. They also seem to get bored as the day goes on, likely because management won't let them read books or use their phones. This doesn't affect service, but I'm sure they would like it if they could. However, I have a few complaints as well. The thing that scans barcodes barely works. They've supposedly been trying to have upper management get them replace it, but it hasn't happened yet. They only just got rid of dial up, so I'm inclined to believe them. A manager that I've rarely seen (I think his name is Joe) is an ass, not really caring about customers or employees, though thankfully I've only seen him once. Still, I don't know why he was hired.

They have a large, unisex bathroom onesie with a sign over the door that says "Complaint Department" and the oddest in-stall display. I have an odd fascination with gas station bathroom decor, and this one ranks up there as one of the strangest I've seen. The store itself seems to have a wide variety of items as far as convenience stores go, and there's a fast food restaurant inside the store called Cheesesteak Factory. All I bought was a $1 large cup of coffee, and it was decent. This place gets five stars for the unique experience it offers.

Its not a 7-Eleven. BUT OH THANK HEAVEN…read more There's basically NO gas stations on the long stretch of 140 followed by 2A's dead zones headed west. There are one or two here and there, but if you don't know the area you'll get lost or run out of gas before you find one, and they definitely wont be open late! Hate to say it but the mom and pop gas stations can't compete with the gas prices at Cumbys now. Its really brand new (hence the oh thank heaven thing) and the employees are friend;y and helpful. In the morning hours its a bustling , well oiled machine inside, with the $1 coffee I hope it puts Dunk's out of business, they are crazy popular with the local crowd now. I'll bet the old folks in town couldn't stop talking about it before it opened and now that it is, they have a whole new fun subject to talk about over breakfast across the street at the Westminster cafe! Its comforting to go to a gas station where the pumps are all quick and new and the buttons aren't all worn out. Another note of efficiency - there are 3 entrance/exits so it never gets terribly jammed even during the busiest of times. As far as convenience, Cumby's has terrible store brand products, with very little selection and high prices - but hey its a gas station this is NOT where you buy dinner or go for a bargain. The coffee however, is not phenomenal, but it is certainly above average. If they ever have the Brazilian coffee blend, get that. Trust me its the best you are gonna get at Cumby's.. So strange to say it, but we are glad to have you around Cumberland Farms!
